We work with our school and college leaders, governors and careers leadership teams supporting them to continuously develop their modern, 21st century careers education programmes in line with the Gatsby Benchmarks.

The Gatsby Benchmarks have been enthusiastically embraced by schools and colleges over the last 10 years, and have now been updated to future proof them as the standard for world-class careers guidance for young people. They have been adopted into updated statutory guidance and underpin the work of careers hubs across England.

We offer valuable local support to our schools, colleges, specialist settings and independent providers in a variety of ways. This includes strategic and operational advice and support, practical resources, showcasing best practice case studies, invitations to join communities of practice, support to take part in peer to peer reviews, and expert input from our network of volunteer enterprise advisers and cornerstone employers.
